Aegina PDO pistachios with Himalayan pink salt 227g

"Aigina Nuts" is a family business that began its activities in 1952 in Aegina, when Yannis Tzitzis decided to process and pack the pistachios he produced in his farms himself.

He was the first to initiate the standardization of pistachios from Aegina, thus adding value to the local product.

The fruits are harvested and sorted by hand according to tradition and then dried in the sun or grilled.

Nothing has changed since apart from the modernization of the facilities by his son Nikos in 1989.
