Shipping times

Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after receipt of payment. Delivery times are those related to the carrier you have chosen. We strive to ship the same day for orders placed before 12:00 CET

Tracking your order

You can track your order from shipment to delivery. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link when your order is dispatched to track your order online. This link is also available on your customer area under "my account".

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time according to the items in your basket, your delivery area and the carrier chosen, and are displayed before the payment stage. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order so that you do not pay multiple times for postage.

Shipping costs are offered from 50€ TTC of purchase for the carrier Colissimo for France. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts and does not apply to products already on sale.

Delivery problem

If you encounter any problem with the delivery (package not received, damaged, other...), contact us immediately via the contact form so that we can open an investigation and send you your products as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 14 days after the date of your order (date of the invoice) to request a refund of it, by returning it to us by post at your expense to the address indicated below.

Non-compliant products
