Shipping times

Packages are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after receipt of payment. The delivery times are linked to the carrier you have chosen. We do our best to ship the same day for orders placed before 12:00 CET

Tracking your order

You can track your order from shipment to delivery. Regardless of the delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your order online when your order is shipped. This link is also available in your customer area under the heading "my account".

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on the items in your shopping cart, your delivery zone and the chosen carrier, and are displayed before the checkout stage. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. We recommend that you group all your items in one order so that you do not have to pay shipping costs several times.

Shipping costs are free for purchases of 59€ or more, including tax, for the Mondial Relay carrier for Metropolitan France. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts and does not apply to products already on promotion.

With the Colissimo home delivery service, orders are delivered within 48 hours for France to a letterbox or post office. Have your order delivered to your home, office or holiday destination. The complete tracking of your order from shipment to delivery can be done online on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

With the Colissimo relay point delivery service, orders are delivered in France within 1 to 5 days to the Point Relais of your choice. The complete tracking of your order from shipment to delivery can be done online on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Delivery problem

If you encounter any problem with the delivery (package not received, damaged, other...), contact us immediately via the contact form so that we can open an investigation and send you your products as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 14 days after the date of your order (date of the invoice) to request a refund by returning it by post at your expense to the address below.

Return shipping is free of charge for orders that have been paid for via PayPal, provided that this option is activated in your PayPal account. See the conditions here: https://www.paypal.com/fr/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Non-conforming products

In case of return due to a non-conformity of the product, a new product will be sent to you at our expense. It is imperative that you attach the invoice to your order, which is available in your customer area under the heading "My order history" as well as in the email confirming payment of your order.

Withdrawal
