A Greek Dry Gin from Corfu with the distinctive taste of Kumquat. It comes from 100% distillation, with no addition after distillation other than water.
The main element of Gin Merlin is juniper, but it also has a very floral character like lavender which, together with kumquat, gives it a very special, elegant and complex character. It is produced and bottled in small batches, exclusively in Corfu. It is also very easy to mix with a wide range of tonics to create inspiring cocktails.
