The olive grove

In the heart of the Olympia Valley, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, lie ancient olive groves, true witnesses of a unique natural and cultural heritage. These centuries-old olive trees, irrigated by the Alpheios and Kladeos rivers, benefit from an ideal Mediterranean climate, producing olives of remarkable quality. The agricultural methods, passed down from generation to generation, respect the authenticity and purity of this precious land. Local varieties, such as Koroneiki, Kolireiki, and the recently rediscovered Olympia (Nemoutiana), are cultivated with particular care to create an extra virgin olive oil with an incomparable taste. Each olive is hand-picked, preserving the integrity of the trees and demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and sustainable development.
Olive oil from Olympia thus embodies an authentic testimony to our universal heritage.

The sensory experience

On the nose, this early harvest oil reveals aromas of green tomato, fresh green apple and plum. On the palate, it begins with a refreshing sweetness, followed by a slight bitterness, which quickly evolves into a spicy note of pink pepper (a pleasant burning sensation), finishing on a touch of endive.

Food and oil pairing

Ideal to accompany pasta salads, fresh white cheeses, fish, poultry or even fruit salads (apple, pear, grapes).

Her experience in production and distribution on a global scale, as well as her training in tasting, have greatly enriched this project. She has also launched a personalized coaching program for consumers, buyers and traders, aimed at transmitting her passion and know-how in the field of quality olive oil.
