The Olive Grove
In the heart of the Olympia Valley, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, ancient olive groves, nourished by the Alpheios and Kladeos rivers, thrive in an ideal Mediterranean climate. The local varieties, such as Koroneiki and Kolireiki, produce exceptional extra virgin olive oil, hand-picked with care and respect for tradition and sustainable development.
Sensory Experience
On the nose: aromas of green tomato, fresh apple, and plum. On the palate: initial sweetness, followed by a light bitterness, leading to a peppery, pink peppercorn spice, with a final hint of endive.
