It is extracted in Messinia, Greece, from olives of the Koroneiki variety which are hand-picked and then handled with innovative extraction technology and an oxygen-free process.

This method optimally extracts all the flavors and nutrients in less than 15 minutes, which gives this olive oil a fresh taste all year round.

Behind Neolea (youth in Greek) is a group of young friends (producers, chefs, designers) demanding and passionate about their land.
