Olive trees grow in the Kalamata region, in the bay of Koroni. The organic farming, the very low acidity olive oil and its richness in polyphenols make it a very high quality product.

The practices used in this organic agriculture are crop rotation, green manures, use of manure and plant residues (composts), use of alternative formulas for plant protection, use of local varieties adapted to the climatic conditions of the region, NO use (GMO) .
