This family of small farmers from Lake Feneos (Korynthia, Southern Greece) develops their culture at an altitude close to 1000 meters.

The specificity of the land around the lake, the microclimatic conditions and the soil rich in calcium make this "fava" one of the most delicious in the world, rich in taste and aroma.

Features: small size in yellow color.

Excellent source of dietary fiber, rich in vegetable proteins, rich in vitamins and minerals.

Tasting advice: Puree or velouté, generally served with raw or pickled onions, olive oil and tomatoes preserved in the oven.
