APOCALYPSH is a modern take on a historic 19th century European-style beer. A sweet mash made from fine barley and rye malts, fermented in vats with a special Belgian yeast. It is followed by a second fermentation with granulated sugar. APOCALYPSI is characterized by typical aromas of banana, raisins and cloves from the yeast and by sweet and spicy flavors of caramel, fruits and spices.
