Mandola-style caramelized peanuts 100g

The mandola is basically a candy that dates back to Venetian times.

These are normally caramelized almonds, flavored with essential oils and in the form of confectionery. Its name comes from the Italian word mandorla (almond).

Here we have peanuts (peanuts) caramelized in Corfu with the same old artisan recipe.
