Arosis is a small cooperative located in Kastoria in central Greece, it is made up of very small producers well committed to the organic approach.

Cultivation remains traditional with mainly intensive manual work without too much impact on the soil by machines. The beans are thin-skinned, extremely flavorful with a buttery texture.

They have such a rich and full flavor that they can be eaten even on their own, without any other ingredient.

Recipe:

Soaking time in water: 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Boiling time: 75 - 90 minutes (soup pot) or

60 - 75 minutes in the pot and 20 minutes in the preheated oven
