It is extracted from olives of the Koroneiki variety which are picked by hand in Messinia, Greece using innovative extraction technology and an oxygen-free process.

This method optimally extracts all the flavors and nutrients in less than 15 minutes, giving this olive oil a fresh taste all year round.

Behind Neolea (youth in Greek) we find a group of young friends (producers, chefs, designers) who are demanding and passionate about their land.

Rich aromatic profile with notes of olive leaves, freshly cut herbs, artichoke and tomato. This oil gives you an excellent balance between fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, 3 most important factors for a high quality olive oil.

Neolea comes in a glass bottle that has been coated with a white layer, to protect the extra virgin olive oil from harmful light (UV).
