A limited edition extra virgin olive oil, made from olives that are still green (early harvest) and harvested by hand. Each fruit is then carefully sorted by hand, eliminating those of poor quality. It is a long process that few producers choose to follow today, but for Andreas' family, this mode of operation is essential.
Even if they know that they are sacrificing quantity, they also know that the quality will be there and that the oil will therefore be unique.
To be enjoyed with a teaspoon or as a seasoning alone on a good fish or meat. Avoid cooking and heating, favor using and consuming raw.

This is because Andreas olive oil is unfiltered and retains an extremely high amount of antioxidants.
