A trademark of Corfu, Kumquat LAZARIS liqueur stands out for its quality. It is produced by extracting the kumquat (a rare and very fragrant citrus fruit), in alcohol, according to the traditional method that has been passed down from generation to generation for years.

The fruits are carefully harvested from the orchards, cleaned, washed and placed with the alcohol in stainless steel tanks to allow the alcohol to take on the substances, aroma and color of the fruit. Then syrup is added to obtain the liqueur. The liquor is then filtered and bottled.
Kumquat liqueur is served chilled as a digestive drink after each meal.
