"Aigina Nuts" is a family business that began its activities in 1952 in Aegina, when Yannis Tzitzis decided to process and pack the pistachios he produced in his farms himself.

He was the first to initiate the standardization of pistachios from Aegina, thus adding value to the local product.

The fruits are harvested and sorted by hand according to tradition and then dried in the sun or grilled.

Nothing has changed since apart from the modernization of the facilities by his son Nikos in 1989.

Thanks to all this, together with the quality of the product "Pistachio from Aegina - Nikos Tzitzis", has been registered as a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) product by the Greek Organization for the Certification of Agricultural Products - AGROCERT.

Ingredients:

PDO pistachios from Aegina Greece, Fleur de sel from Messsolonghi Greece.

Allergens: Product is manufactured in facilities that process wheat, peanuts.

The salt used is natural unrefined salt from the Messolonghi lagoon. This salt does not affect blood pressure.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep in an airtight jar and consume within 7 days. Precautions: Beware of small children, they can asphyxiate with pistachios
