In Greece, we mainly harvest Sideritis Perfoliata (on Mount Athos), Sideritis Clandestina (in the Peloponnese region), Sideritis Euboea (on the island of Euboea) and Sideritis Scardica (on Mount Olympus).

In Greece, this tea is called "Tsaï tou Vounou" and it is highly prized by the Greeks as an infusion for its soothing and gustatory properties.
