White wine PDO from organic mountain vineyards, with low yields, which reflects the incredible terroir of Kefalonia. The combination of the sea and the mountain of Ainos, with its arid soils, gives the variety fresh aromas, acidity and mineral elements, making it one of the most promising grape varieties in the country. The excellent quality of Truth confirms the potential of the Robola variety.

Its color is light lime green. Citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, apple, chamomile, subtle white flowers and mineral notes make up an elegant and complex aromatic profile.
